What’s the difference between a custom website and a template?
Templates are a great starting point, but custom websites are built around you. Your goals, your message, your people. No more forcing your content to fit someone else’s layout.
I design exclusively on Showit, it’s flexible, intuitive, and gives you the power to make updates on your own (no tech overwhelm required).
That depends on what we're working on together. If it's a brand project, I'll want your completed questionnaire, a Pinterest board of what's pulling at you, and any past branding you've used. Your questionnaire tells me one thing, your Pinterest board tells me another, and finding the thread between them is honestly my favorite part. If it's a website project, I'll need your copy, your photos, and any policies you have in place. If you don't have all of that yet, don't worry. I'll send you a checklist and resources to help you round it up, including a copy template with tutorials, places to find or write policies, and my favorite free stock photo sites.
I don't include copywriting as part of my design services, but I do provide an easy to use copy template with tutorials if you want to write it yourself. If you'd rather hand it off, I can recommend a copywriter who's a good fit for your budget and brand. Just ask me on our discovery call.
